Associate 2 – SAP ABAP, OC - SAP AITH Core, Advisory

Overview

Develop and deliver SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role involves hands-on development, technical collaboration, code quality, and mentoring junior associates.

What you'll do

• Design and develop RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Build scalable solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP, Workflow, Data Dictionary objects, and Search Helps.
• Support specialized technologies such as Web Dynpro, OData, SAP-BTP, SAP-CPI/PO, SAP Fiori, or SF-HR-ABAP.
• Develop CDS Views and AMDPs for data modeling and performance optimization.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and modifications.
• Perform peer reviews and support clean core practices in S/4HANA environments.
• Mentor junior associates and collaborate with functional and technical teams.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of classical ABAP programming.
• Experience with BAPIs, IDocs, RFC, and web services.
• Exposure to CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, RAP, SAP-BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP CPI/PO, or SF-HR-ABAP.
• Familiarity with ST05, ST12, and SCI performance tools.
• Graduate Engineer or Management Graduate qualification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• SAP ABAP certification or S/4HANA development training.
