Associate (A) - Enterprise Business Analyst

Overview

The Associate Enterprise Business Analyst reviews and analyzes business partner needs and translates them into business requirements through elicitation and documentation.

What you'll do

• Discover business requirements by communicating with business partners and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate elicitation sessions and conduct individual interviews to capture requirements.
• Document and maintain detailed business requirements used for functional requirements and vendor RFP/RFIs.
• Work with SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and complete.
• Participate in process improvement and re-engineering by documenting/analyzing business processes and identifying gaps.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, or in Information Services/Technology.
• 0-1 years of experience creating process flows and process maps (level 3 and level 4) plus documentation.
• 0-1 years of experience in retail financial services or information technology with Waterfall and Agile methodology background.
• Skills listed include Agile methodology, cost-benefit analysis (CBA), business rules analysis, and continual improvement process.
