Sr Analyst Business Systems

Overview

Sr Analyst, Business Systems bridges business requirements with systems design across ideation, resolution, and enhancements. You work with business and leadership to define and ensure systems meet business needs.

What you'll do

• Bridge business requirements with systems design across problem resolution and system enhancement phases.
• Work with business and leadership to understand needs, requirements, and strategic opportunities.
• Represent business requirements and define/design business functionality of the system.
• Facilitate meetings, walkthroughs, workshops, and reviews of deliverables.
• Apply knowledge to implement solutions for complex problems and new ideas.
• Support developers and QA analysts during design and build phases.
• Identify risks, escalate issues timely, and participate in implementing improvement opportunities.

What you'll need

• 5+ years working with insurance policy administration systems.
• Ingenium experience is preferred.
• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in a technology delivery environment.
• Accreditation in Business Analysis or equivalent credentials/experience.
• Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and business processes.
