Client Manager

Overview

Client Manager enabling and supporting project delivery by capturing and analyzing user and business needs to ensure outcomes align with service vision and business strategy.

What you'll do

• Analyze and define project requirements using tools and techniques to gather business and user needs.
• Perform impact analysis and estimate changes by identifying consequences and effort needed.
• Design and support business solutions with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of identified benefits and dis-benefits against project mandate.
• Engage stakeholders (business owners, change managers, users) to align requirements and solution design.
• Work with business change managers and improvement teams on BAU enhancements to deliver outputs and realize benefits.
• Provide guidance on methodologies and documentation artifacts (e.g., user stories, defect analysis, templates).

What you'll need

• Experience capturing and analyzing business and user requirements against project objectives.
• Ability to map “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes/capabilities when required.
• Capability to conduct change impact analysis and estimation for scope/design modifications.
• Experience engaging stakeholders to ensure business systems and workflows support the target operating model.
• Skills to evaluate benefits and dis-benefits in line with a project mandate.
• Experience advising on methodologies and producing/using functional specifications, user cases, and user stories.
