Junior Engineer

Overview

Junior Engineer consultant involved in client transformation projects, executing assignments related to data structuring and analysis, and supporting the team.

What you'll do

• Execute project assignments including intelligent data structuring.
• Perform data analysis, benchmarks, and interviews.
• Support workshop animation and process mapping activities.
• Develop functional specifications for transformation projects.
• Take on team support roles as quickly as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

What you'll need

• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• Good communication skills and strong collaborative teamwork.
• Strong interest in energy.
• Analytical mindset to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous, and committed working style.

Details

• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and The Netherlands).
• Language requirement: trilingual French, Dutch, and English.
• German fluency is a great plus.
• Unable to provide a work permit for this position.
