Junior Engineer

Overview

Junior Engineer consultant involved in client transformation projects and execution of project assignments related to data, analysis, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Execute project assignments including intelligent data structuring.
• Perform data analysis, benchmarks, and interviews.
• Support workshops including workshop animation.
• Create process mapping and functional specifications.
• Take up team support roles as early as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange via workshops, publications, and seminars.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in energy and an analytical mind to synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous, and committed approach.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with ability to build expertise quickly.
• Trilingual abilities in French, Dutch, and English.
• Be able to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, The Netherlands).
