Overview

Associate role in Internal Consulting for change transformation and internal audit services, supporting transformation and process improvement projects with measurable business value.

What you'll do

• Drive analysis of complex data sets and business processes with limited guidance.
• Develop hypotheses, frameworks, and methodologies while independently analyzing problems.
• Support all phases of projects and help drive project execution and delivery.
• Prepare communications for project sponsors and senior stakeholders on hypotheses, analyses, and outcomes.
• Create project communications to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of recommendations.
• Develop reusable intellectual capital and contribute content to the team knowledgebase.
• Research and obtain data to support analyses.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in a major management consulting firm or equivalent in a large financial services company.
• Familiarity with digitalization concepts and emerging trends in process transformation.
• Experience integrating technology priorities and requirements into holistic process models and solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating and owning PowerPoint presentations and similar communications.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Experience analyzing processes and eligibility to work in India; no visa sponsorship.
