Associate – Financial services, FS - Internal audit services, Advisory

Overview

Associate role focused on internal consulting and internal audit services, supporting analysis and delivery of process improvement and transformation programs.

What you'll do

• Drive analysis of complex data and business processes with limited guidance.
• Develop hypotheses, frameworks, and methodologies to analyze and solve problems.
• Support all phases of projects and drive project execution and delivery.
• Prepare communications for project sponsors and senior stakeholders on analyses and outcomes.
• Create project communications to engage stakeholders and drive adoption of recommendations.
• Perform research, obtain data, and work to continuously develop reusable knowledge assets.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience in a major management consulting firm or equivalent experience in a large Financial Services company.
• Familiarity with digitalization concepts and emerging trends related to process transformation.
• AI experience integrating technology priorities and requirements into holistic process models and solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience creating and owning PowerPoint presentations for communication.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience analyzing processes.
