Associate – Internal Audit, Managed Services, Advisory

Overview

Associate role in Internal Audit within PwC’s Risk Assurance Services, supporting clients across the risk and controls spectrum.

What you'll do

• Perform assessments related to internal audit, internal controls, and assurable information.
• Evaluate compliance with regulations, including governance and risk management processes.
• Support internal audit service delivery including IA function setup and transformation.
• Contribute to co-sourcing, outsourcing, and managed services engagements.
• Apply AI and other risk technology and delivery models in internal audit services.
• Work across areas such as cyber, forensics, and compliance to address risks.
• Apply internal control concepts including preventive and detective controls and risk assessment.

What you'll need

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Experience with internal audit/process audit concepts and methodology for processes, sub-processes, and activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and IFC reviews and SOPs.
• Understanding of internal control concepts like preventive controls, detective controls, risk assessment, and anti-fraud controls.
• Ability to clearly articulate and express ideas.
• Ownership mindset with focused execution, along with confident verbal communication and deadline management.
