Global Tax Risk Manager (m/f/d)

Overview

Global Tax Risk Manager responsible for implementing and enhancing Continental’s global tax risk management framework and leading tax risk reviews and controls across jurisdictions.

What you'll do

• Implement and enhance the global tax risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor tax-related risks globally with local teams.
• Lead global tax reviews and ensure alignment with global risk framework standards.
• Develop and implement internal tax risk control measures and mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with global tax legislation changes and assess potential impact on the group’s tax risk position.
• Support internal and external audit documentation with local Continental teams.

What you'll need

• University degree in economics, finance, business administration focused on business taxation or equivalent qualification.
• German certified tax advisor or equivalent qualification.
• Long experience in international taxation and global tax reviews/tax due diligence projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent risk analysis, assessment, and critical-thinking/decision-making skills.
• English proficiency and German B2 or better (German B2 and better preferred).
• Ability to travel.
