Overview
User Safety & Risk Operations Analyst (Global Response) will manage and resolve high-priority user safety, risk, and regulatory escalations in a 24/7 operation.
What you'll do
- Handle and resolve high-priority cases across harm and risk areas in line with policy and legal requirements.
- Manage user reports, tickets, internal escalations, and priority investigations across multiple systems.
- Serve as incident manager for escalations needing nuanced policy, legal, or regulatory interpretation.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback to improve consistency across global teams.
- Analyze escalation and case data to generate insights for policy, product, model behavior, or detection improvements.
- Maintain accuracy, judgment, and composure under pressure in sensitive, time-critical situations.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in trust & safety, content moderation, investigations, fraud, or developer risk operations.
- Experience working in incident response, law enforcement response, or escalations management.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one specialization area among policy enforcement/content moderation, fraud/scam prevention, developer risk, or privacy/regulatory escalations.
- Exceptional analytical skills to detect patterns, assess risk, and recommend policy or product changes based on evidence.
- Ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and precision in sensitive user-facing contexts.
- Experience scaling operations and building processes while working cross-functionally.
Details
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office per week.
- Rotating shifts with rotating nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 on-call coverage model.
- Standard 5x8 work week that includes covering the weekend shift each week (e.g., Saturday–Wednesday).
