Overview
Serve as the enterprise AI security expert, securing agentic systems, AI models, workflows, and deployments against adversarial threats.
What you'll do
- Assess AI agents, tool integrations, and agentic workflows.
- Design and execute adversarial scenarios such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, and data leakage.
- Establish automated security guardrails, vector store controls, and output filtering policies.
- Audit AI operations pipelines and third-party AI supply chain components.
- Lead model risk assessments before production deployment.
- Develop enterprise AI security standards.
- Train AppSec, SecOps, and GRC teams on AI threats and mitigations.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of security engineering or application security experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python, MLOps tooling, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MCP.
- Experience executing AI red-teaming with tools such as PyRIT, Garak, or Promptfoo.
- Cloud security architecture experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Containerized environment security experience.
- Knowledge of OWASP LLM and agentic guidance and NIST AI RMF standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with commercial AI security platforms, shadow AI discovery tools, or MITRE ATLAS tactics.
- Awareness of ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act.
- Open-source contributions, security research, CVEs, or conference speaking experience.
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, AWS Security Specialty, or GIAC cloud security tracks.

- Hybrid role in Westminster, Colorado, United States.
- Travel requirement: 10%.
- Hiring range: $115,600–$158,900 yearly.
