Overview
Junior Data Analyst role in Mumbai, supporting the data operations team by delivering data and research for assigned markets.
What you'll do
- Search for, collect, and verify basic to intermediate complexity data for companies in the assigned market.
- Attend to internal/client queries and requests to ensure data aligns with methodology and policy guidelines.
- Comply with established work process standards to maintain data quality.
- Meet pre-determined turnaround goals for work assignments.
- Escalate data interpretation issues when needed.
- Perform root-cause analysis if data issues are identified.
- Update internal documents for performance metrics monitoring.
What you'll need
- Post-Graduation in Finance and Economics.
- Knowledge and experience using MS Office.
- Excellent English communication (oral and written) and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
- Fast learning ability to master new concepts, theories, ideas, and processes.
- Willingness to work beyond traditional working hours/days as required by the business.
