Asst Data Programmer

Overview

Assistant Data Programmer role in the Data Program team, supporting programming activities with strict SOP adherence, quality checks, issue investigation, monitoring, and stakeholder communications.

What you'll do

• Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Complete mandatory training on time.
• Execute assigned tasks within designated turnaround times while performing quality checks.
• Investigate programming or process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Continuously monitor, track, and manage assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
• Generate and submit required metrics and reports upon request.
• Support training and onboarding of new programmers and mentor team members.

What you'll need

• 6 months of relevant experience in Panther.
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology.
• Maintain proficiency in Informatica-related tools including Panther and other relevant applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Details

• Location: Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.
• Work schedule: rotational shifts 5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST and 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST.
• Working model: 5-day working model.
