Overview

Graduate Development Associate - Engineering is a two-year rotational graduate program to develop technical and business capabilities through assignments, learning, and project work.

What you'll do

• Participate in a structured two-year rotational development program across multiple business functions.
• Complete rotational assignments with exposure to customer-facing, technical, operational, and commercial activities.
• Work on projects that contribute to business goals and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams on assigned work.
• Support engineering, product management, customer delivery, field services, project management, sourcing, or supply chain activities depending on rotations.
• Build technical knowledge of FLS products, systems, processes, and customer applications.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to key stakeholders during the program.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years or expected graduation within the current academic year.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, Metallurgy, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong learning agility and curiosity to develop across multiple business functions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse and global teams.
