Assistant Manager, IT Analyst

Overview

Assistant Manager, IT Analyst to lead solution design, integrations, and team mentorship while aligning business systems with organizational goals.

What you'll do

• Lead solution design and architecture reviews to maintain consistency across platforms.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and manage escalations.
• Supervise a team of analysts, including performance reviews and mentorship.
• Own delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee integration of ERP, PLM, and other supply chain systems.
• Develop training programs and run workshops for internal teams.

What you'll need

• Experience in global or regional operations, ideally in supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or technology.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Background in IT software development.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP or PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Centric PLM, Flex PLM).
• 5+ years hands-on experience leveraging Smartsheet, including automation workflows, Control Center, configuration, reports, and dynamic dashboards.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy.
• Executive-level reporting and presentation skills.
