Overview
Senior Program Manager to build DoorDash’s University and Apprenticeships recruitment strategy in India from scratch, owning end-to-end design and execution across India.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute DoorDash’s university recruiting and apprenticeship strategy for India.
- Build the program operating model, governance, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Design scalable hiring programs to attract, assess, develop, and convert early-career talent into full-time employees.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of DoorDash India’s apprenticeship program.
- Establish long-term university and training partnerships across India.
- Lead cross-functional delivery and manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Define KPIs, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement using data.
What you'll need
- Significant experience designing, launching, and scaling University Recruiting, Early Careers, or Apprenticeship programs in India.
- Experience building programs from the ground up in a high-growth, scaling, or building environment.
- Strong knowledge of India’s university ecosystem and apprenticeship landscape.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with universities, training providers, industry organizations, or government agencies.
- Proven program management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using data and business insight to inform decisions.

- Work to be performed in India, including the Hyderabad location.
