Assistant Manager, Partner Operations (CX)

Overview

Lead end-to-end vendor and marketplace operations for Bangladesh, acting as the country point-of-contact for onboarding, incubation, and vendor performance improvements on the foodpanda platform.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and incubation performance for new vendor partners.
• Ensure timely, seamless integration of vendors and restaurant partners onto the platform.
• Act as the subject matter expert to address vendor performance challenges and drive improvements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement best practices to improve efficiency and cycle times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and local Commercial teams to improve onboarding and device delivery experience.
• Develop scalable onboarding and operational strategies for varying restaurant volumes.
• Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve organizational goals.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or process optimization.
• Focused background in sales operations.
• Direct experience managing teams.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools and hands-on delivery of complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including using data for decision-making and process improvement.
• Professional proficiency in English and strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working with operations.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other formal process improvement methodologies.
