Operations and Documentation Associate

Overview

Operations and Documentation Associate supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and operational tools for an Operations and Processes function.

What you'll do

• Deliver defined operational and documentation activities with independent ownership.
• Coordinate work to support self-written supporting documentation and review alignment with Written Standards.
• Review documentation for accurate reflection of Written Standards intent, principles, and requirements.
• Contribute to development and adoption of agile business processes and tools for compliant and efficient ways of working.
• Identify documentation, tool, or process improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Support training curricula delivery for business readiness and effective adoption.
• Support audit and inspection readiness, including corrective and preventative actions where required.

What you'll need

• College/university degree with 5 years’ experience in regulated industry, pharmaceutical, or consumer healthcare business (or equivalent).
• Experience developing or maintaining written standards, procedures, or document management.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence working with digital tools and documentation platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of defined deliverables.
