Senior Program Manager, Web

Overview

Senior Program Manager, Web will orchestrate Harvey’s web/digital experiences that connect brand, product, and go-to-market efforts.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end program management for the digital experience portfolio from gathering requirements to delivery and retrospective.
• Coordinate across marketing, brand, design, engineering, and creative to ship web initiatives on time and to quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maximize throughput.
• Set up accountability mechanisms including status reporting, dependency tracking, and escalation paths.
• Partner with GTM and marketing leadership to convert business priorities into project plans and delivery milestones.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of experience in program or project management with focus on web/digital or marketing/creative programs.
• Experience in agile environments, including sprint planning and management.
• Familiarity with project management tools including Linear, Asana, Airtable, and JIRA.
• Proven ability to drive complex multi-workstream programs from intake through launch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence without authority.

• Compensation range is $123,800–$185,800 USD depending on location.
