Overview
Lead communications program planning and execution for major campaigns, product launches, announcements, and crisis response at the highest-stakes moments.
What you'll do
- Run the operating rhythm for major campaigns including planning, prioritization, status reporting, and retrospectives.
- Translate fast-changing, ambiguous work into clear workstreams, owners, timelines, and decision points.
- Act as a strategic thought partner by recommending actions, surfacing risks and tradeoffs, and driving decisions under pressure.
- Build cross-functional alignment and drive accountability with Product, Marketing, Policy, Legal, Research, and executive teams.
- Anticipate and resolve operational bottlenecks with incomplete information and compressed timelines.
- Design and continuously improve operating frameworks including playbooks, crisis response protocols, escalation paths, and coordination models.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in program management, communications operations, or a closely-related discipline.
- Deep understanding of how communications functions work, including campaigns and crisis response.
- Experience leading complex, high-visibility programs under pressure.
- Experience scaling processes for high-growth teams.
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across different functions and working styles.
- Impeccable organizational skills with judgment on when process helps or hinders.
- Clear communication for synthesizing messy situations for executive audiences.

- Hybrid policy: staff are expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
