Overview

The Senior Program Manager will lead end-to-end program management for Harvey’s Web digital experience portfolio, coordinating cross-functional execution across web initiatives.

What you'll need

• Have 6–10 years of experience in program or project management focused on web/digital or cross-functional marketing/creative programs.
• Have deep experience in agile environments including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and progress reporting.
• Be familiar with modern project management tools such as Linear, Asana, Airtable, and JIRA.
• Have proven ability to drive complex, multi-workstream programs from intake through launch.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Compensation range: $123,800–$185,800 USD, depending on location.
