Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, AMER

Overview

Lead GTM Strategy & Operations for the AMER region within the Revenue Operations organization, partnering with AMER Sales leadership to drive GTM growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Partner with AMER Enterprise Sales Leadership on annual, half-year, and quarterly GTM sales planning.
• Lead AMER territory planning, headcount planning, and quota planning for growth targets.
• Develop Americas field strategy aligned to the global operating model, including forecast rigor and pipeline generation.
• Ensure CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and operating discipline for predictable growth.
• Set operating rhythms, processes, and cadences to enable disciplined execution and scalability.
• Work with GTM Enablement to identify capability gaps and support onboarding and ramp for AEs and SDRs.
• Lead and develop a team of AMER Sales Business Partners and drive high-priority GTM initiatives.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy & Operations (or related field).
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive shared goals.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner and lead a team of business partners.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across teams without direct authority.

• Compensation is USD $212,000-$290,000 depending on location.
