Global Technology Partner Manager

Overview

Lead strategic global technology partnerships for product integrations, co-selling, channel enablement, and joint go-to-market execution. Build the Global Technology Partnerships function from the ground up and drive executive and tactical partnership outcomes.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the Global Technology Partnerships function, including team development, operating model, goals, and strategy.
• Own joint go-to-market relationships and joint business plans for a portfolio of named technology partners.
• Define partner-specific value propositions with account teams, including prioritized products, use cases, and industries.
• Maintain executive relationships and identify partners’ largest transformation opportunities.
• Develop competitive positioning and enablement programs for partner sales and technical teams.
• Partner with technical teams to build production-grade, Claude-powered solutions and supporting reference architectures.

What you'll need

• Experience managing strategic partnerships with technology, cloud, or data platform companies.
• Experience owning revenue-generating partnership or channel relationships, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex, multi-stakeholder partnership agreements.
• Experience engaging directly with executive-level stakeholders at partner organizations.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering or technical teams on product integrations.

Details

• Work mode: hybrid, with expectation to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Annual compensation range: $365,000 to $425,000 USD.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
