Mid-Market Account Executive, Tech

Overview

Drive adoption of safe, frontier AI for tech-forward mid-market companies as a Mid-Market Account Executive on Anthropic’s High Tech team.

What you'll do

• Run an end-to-end sales cycle from first outbound to launch.
• Win new business and expand existing accounts.
• Build and execute sales strategies to drive quota attainment.
• Identify market opportunities, generate pipeline, and drive revenue.
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and crafting tailored AI solutions.
• Contribute to GTM strategy by sharing learnings, refining playbooks, and identifying process improvements.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of enterprise sales experience with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organizations.
• Ability to manage an evolving pipeline and sales process.
• Experience negotiating highly complex, customized commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication skills for building trust with C-level executives.
• Experience automating workflows or building sales-process automations.
• Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, with a focus on safe frontier AI development.

Details

• In-office requirement: 4x a week in one of the company’s hubs.
• Visa sponsorship is available in some cases; reasonable efforts will be made if offered.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
