Technical Program Manager, Apps Platform

Overview

Technical Program Manager responsible for end-to-end cross-Apps platform roadmap delivery, alignment, and adoption across platform engineering and consuming product teams.

What you'll do

• Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end, including sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Drive alignment between platform engineering teams and Apps teams based on consumer needs and adoption.
• Identify duplicated features across surfaces and convert them into shared platform capabilities.
• Set an operating rhythm with planning, status reporting, escalation paths, and launch coordination.
• Create program documentation such as roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Facilitate technical decision-making by bringing stakeholders together and resolving blocking issues.

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in technical program management.
• Track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with platform engineering efforts such as shared services or developer platforms.
• Experience driving platform adoption across consuming teams.
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence without authority.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams.

• Work mode: location-based hybrid policy expecting staff in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
