Overview
Own and execute the technical program for physical security technology supporting executives’ residences and travel, including design, integration, vendor management, documentation, and first-line triage.
What you'll do
- Own residential security system design, integration, and lifecycle management for assigned executive residences.
- Design and harden home networks for executive residences and travel, coordinating with corporate IT/InfoSec where applicable.
- Manage travel security technology including secure communications provisioning and rapid-deployment kits for new or temporary properties.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for residential and personal technology stacks and installation/monitoring/communications providers.
- Maintain system health monitoring, managed maintenance, and as-built documentation for deployments outside the enterprise perimeter.
- Own decommissioning and transition of technology when properties or vehicles change.
- Serve as first point of contact and triage for executive and family requests involving personal technology and security systems.
What you'll need
- Hands-on physical security technology experience from residential, travel, or personal-protection contexts.
- Program management experience delivering security technology, including installs and vendor relationships.
- Experience contributing to or leading the build of security technology capabilities from zero, including documentation, playbooks, and training.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships across selection, contracting, onboarding, performance management, and renewal.
- Ability to write clearly and translate technical tradeoffs for varied audiences.
- Comfort operating with moderate ambiguity and knowing when decisions belong with broader strategy ownership.
- Care about the mission and security considerations related to building frontier AI systems.
Details
- Reports to the Protective Services Lead.
- Hybrid policy: expected to be in one of the company offices at least 25% of the time.
