Business Systems Analyst

Overview

Business Systems Analyst on Anthropic’s BizTech team, translating business requirements into technical specifications and helping ensure business technology systems operate efficiently as the org scales.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch
• Configure and customize business systems, including user permissions, workflows, and integrations
• Manage technical vendor evaluation for business applications, including contract negotiations and SLA assessment
• Create and maintain system documentation such as process flows, user guides, and configuration specifications
• Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing for new implementations and updates
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics and provide ongoing end-user support and training

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-focused environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex business processes
• Experience with systems configuration and customization across business applications
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Strong documentation creation and maintenance skills with attention to detail
• Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating technology solutions
