Overview

Specialist in Learning and Development (4B) responsible for executing learning and development responsibilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of assigned tasks.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute responsibilities aligned to the Specialist—Learning and Development role (4B).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Maintain documentation and reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives and process improvements.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• Certifications including CEBS (ICMAI), PHR, and/or SHRM-CP.
• Skills in Learning and Development (L&D) and People Leadership.
• Experience/skills in change management and project management.
• Proficient English language proficiency (C2).
