Sr Associate Data Analytics

Overview

Senior Associate Data Analytics in Global Procurement, supporting procurement data and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and analytics reporting.

What you'll do

• Drive implementation and maintenance of procurement content across multiple platforms such as Preferred Supplier, Buying Portal, and Policy Compliance.
• Maintain process and governance for spend taxonomy refresh.
• Develop and enhance procurement dashboards and related reporting.
• Support analytics use cases through data gathering, insights reporting, and integration with stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc and routine reporting based on key metrics.
• Manage project initiatives by tracking timelines, stakeholders, and documenting objectives.
• Ensure procurement data and analytics practices adhere to relevant regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of relevant business experience.
• 1-2 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience.
• Experience participating on cross-functional and/or global teams.
• Advanced data/information and analytics management skills (including cycle times, KPIs, and SLAs) and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with procurement technology and software systems such as procurement ERPs, spend analysis tools, and data visualization tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with global virtual teams.
