Externally Sponsored Research Specialist

Overview

Manage externally sponsored research requests and study operations for Sanofi business units, coordinating reviews, quality controls, documentation, and project processes.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming externally sponsored research requests with medical teams.
• Evaluate proposals, perform quality checks, and coordinate appropriate reviews.
• Assess sponsors and investigators during study outline review.
• Manage study records, document filing, and data accuracy in Sanofi systems.
• Review Fair Market Value and study budgets against benchmarks.
• Support CDA creation, protocol quality control, and study management in iEnvision.
• Coordinate stakeholders and track project risks, timelines, resources, and KPIs.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in medical or clinical operations.
• At least 2 years of professional project management experience in an international environment.
• A degree in a scientific discipline or a related degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Diplomatic communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
