Senior Associate, Technology Adoption

Overview

The Senior Associate, Center of Excellence – Technology Adoption (L4) supports planning, deployment, adoption, and measurement of Global Procurement technology adoption initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support execution of adoption plans and readiness activities for Global Procurement digital initiatives.
• Coordinate launch preparation including stakeholder readiness, communications, training logistics, and support materials.
• Develop and maintain training and enablement content such as job aids, FAQs, and guides for procurement users.
• Collect user feedback, identify adoption barriers, and coordinate issue resolution with business and technology teams.
• Track adoption indicators and produce reports/status updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate project planning, implementation tracking, and workstream coordination for technology adoption initiatives.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in areas including Project Management, Change Management, Technology Enablement, Business Analysis, Training, or Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, Analytics, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Data analysis and reporting skills for monitoring usage, readiness, training effectiveness, and value realization indicators.
• Ability to coordinate timelines, action items, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, analytics tools, and digital ways of working.
