Sr Associate – HR Consulting, Workforce Transformation, Advisory

Overview

Workforce consulting generalist role within PwC's Advisory practice, providing end-to-end organisation and talent transformation support across workforce strategy, talent development, rewards and organisational design.

What you'll do

• Map the market and independently or jointly identify and lead pursuits across industry verticals and offerings in line with the practice's strategic priorities.
• Support the key account strategy for the practice.
• Represent the P&O point of view in internal cross-functional, multi-disciplinary forums.
• Contribute to solution definition by weaving together the client's perspective with PwC's expertise and creating and communicating a compelling value proposition.
• Ensure adherence to PwC's commercial, independence and risk guidelines.
• Take end-to-end ownership of client projects, from strategic planning, project and program management and resource management to ensuring the quality of deliverables and impact.
• Ensure adherence to PwC's risk, quality and delivery excellence guidelines.
• Manage cross-functional projects with resources from multiple geographies and practices.
• Ensure adherence to key projects in a project context, e.g. knowledge management, capability building.
• Partner with the larger team to author, curate or contribute to developing the practice's research base.
• Work with member firms globally to understand the PwC capability repertoire and position it effectively in the Indian context.
• Lead a team of consultants and senior consultants in project contexts as well as act as a people manager, providing feedback and helping them develop by balancing their aspirations with firm and practice expectations.

What you'll need

• MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Mandatory skill set: P&O Core.
• Required skill: Human Resources Consulting.
