SAP PM-Senior Associate-Gurgaon

Overview

As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will provide consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support. You will lead consulting projects, manage project delivery, mentor team members, and build client relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and implement SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes.
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with client leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost management.
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytical thinking to drive supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate supply chain management activities, including demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies within client engagements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business application consulting efforts.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Coach team members, leverage their unique strengths, and manage performance to deliver on client expectations.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials.
• Proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM).
• Ability to utilize data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to excel in project budgeting and resource management.
• Ability to embrace change and foster innovation in operations.
• Experience leading teams in supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Skills in demand forecasting and inventory management.

Details

• Location: Bangalore (SDC) - DLF Cyber City - Gurugram.
• Travel requirements: Up to 20%.
