Overview

Join PwC Advisory as an Associate in Internal Audit Services and Risk Consulting. The role supports clients with internal audit, SOX 404, risk and controls, compliance, and risk and control framework initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead planning activities related to Internal Audit, SOX 404, Risk & Controls and Compliance client engagements.
• Work with clients to assist in assessing, designing and implementing new Risk and Control frameworks, Sustainable Solutions, operating processes and people models to address key and evolving risks, as necessary.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience.
• Sector experience in Financial Services and Banking.
• Skills in Internal Audit, Business Process Design, Risk Management and Project Management.
• Qualification as a CA, MBA or CIA; other than engineers.
• Master Degree.
• Required skill: Financial Services.

Nice to have

• Effectively manage engagement economics and operational aspects, including resourcing and reporting.
• Demonstrate strong project management abilities through effective communication and management of stakeholder expectations across all engagements within the portfolio being led.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in chosen fields such as Internal Audit, Risk Assessments, Risk Intelligence and Quantification, Risk Strategy and Governance, disruptive technologies, evolving compliance regulations and sectors.
• Proactively contribute to and lead practice initiatives such as learning and development, employee engagement, quality, CSR and go-to-market.
