What you'll do

• Lead planning activities for internal audit, SOX 404, risk and controls, and compliance engagements.
• Assess client risk and control frameworks.
• Design new risk and control frameworks.
• Implement risk and control frameworks and operating processes.
• Apply governance, risk and compliance tools to develop sustainable solutions.
• Manage engagement economics, resourcing, and reporting.
• Lead practice initiatives including learning and development, quality, CSR, and go-to-market activities.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in financial services or banking.
• Skills in internal audit.
• Skills in business process design.
• Skills in risk management.
• Project management abilities.
• CA, MBA, or CIA qualification; engineers are excluded.

• Location: Mumbai.
• Master's degree required.
