ER&CS - Internal Audit - Associate

Overview

As an Internal Audit Associate, you will deliver end-to-end internal audit services across industries, supporting internal audit functions, risk management, compliance, controls and financial statement assessments.

What you'll do

• Conduct internal audits to evaluate regulatory compliance, governance and risk management processes.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end internal audit services.
• Use AI and risk technology to enhance audit processes.
• Support internal audit function setup and transformation, including co-sourcing and outsourcing arrangements.
• Apply auditing methodologies and standards to assess controls and financial statements.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and improve business processes.
• Coordinate audit activities, timelines and stakeholder requirements.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of auditing methodologies and compliance auditing.
• Skills in data analysis and interpretation.
• Understanding of operational risk and issue management.
• Teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
