Audit and Assurance - Product & Services - Associate 2

Overview

As a Financial Statement Audit Associate 2, you will support audit procedures, gather and review information, and contribute to evaluating financial statements and internal controls within the Audit and Assurance practice.

What you'll do

• Review staffing requests and assign professionals based on client needs, scope, skills, prior experience, and availability while supporting effective project staffing.
• Follow process and quality guidelines, perform compliance checks, maintain accurate bookings in scheduling tools, and resolve overbookings or staffing conflicts.
• Minimize staffing gaps and non-billable time, manage unplanned demands, and optimize resources during busy periods.
• Publish KPI reports and dashboards to track business, operational, and people metrics.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of assigned work, ask questions when the path forward is not clear, and contribute to client engagements.

What you'll need

• Graduate in any workstream, with good academic record.
• 2 years of relevant, post-qualification work experience in a reputed organization with a proven track record of career growth and stability.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Beginner skills in the resource deployment/workforce management domain.
