Expense Audit Associate

Overview

Review employee expense reports, identify exceptions, and validate compliance with company policies. Support internal controls, accurate reporting, and expense-audit processes.

What you'll do

• Audit expense reports accurately and on time.
• Identify and escalate policy violations and compliance risks.
• Document audit findings.
• Contribute to audit-insights reporting.
• Support new audit rules and exception-handling procedures.
• Respond to user inquiries through ServiceNow with the Customer Success team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of financial operations experience.
• Familiarity with audit or compliance functions in GxP or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with travel and expense policies and management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-compliance.
• Proficiency in recordkeeping and documentation.
• Clear communication, time management, prioritization, and customer-service skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, SAP Concur, or similar systems.
