Trade Marketing Manager, Catering & QSR (12m FTC)

Overview

Trade Marketing Manager for Catering & QSR with a 12-month FTC, driving Red Bull's On Premise marketing strategy, execution quality, and activation planning across key accounts and field teams.

What you'll do

• Champion and embody the Red Bull On Premise culture and engage the marketing team.
• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and activation plans for Catering and QSR.
• Plan, forecast, order, and track POS materials for visibility and execution across priority accounts.
• Create activation plans and toolkits for key customers to drive distribution, volume, and brand presence.
• Partner with field teams to plan and deliver in-outlet activations that drive engagement.
• Support customer growth through Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that increase distribution and volume.
• Train, coach, and equip sales and key account/field teams on execution standards and tactics.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a similar commercial marketing role.
• Strong understanding of the On Premise industry and trade environment.
• Experience working with Key Accounts and Field Sales teams.
• Influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with planning, project management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.
