Partnerships Business Operations Manager

Overview

Partnership Business Operations Manager responsible for operating partner programs through intake, process design, and operational problem-solving across partner experience.

What you'll do

• Own intake for new process requests by triaging, scoping, and prioritizing partner needs.
• Design partner operations workflows from zero to one, including documentation and requirements.
• Create and run Claude-powered automations and AI workflows across partner operations to production.
• Execute process and data work for registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding.
• Encode program policy into systems and own data hygiene for the partner record of truth.
• Measure service levels and report on volume, cycle time, and improvement metrics.

What you'll need

• 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking.
• 1–3+ years in business operations, partner/channel operations, product operations, or comparable roles.
• Strong project management ability for influencing cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Hands-on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools at operational volume.
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Hex, Looker, or similar).
• Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
