Sr Associate – Business Development, iGT - Citizen and Business Services, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate to lead and deliver RAMP programme projects, manage a SPIU team, and support business development with focus on the MSME sector.

What you'll do

• Manage the SPIU team and ensure programme milestones are met.
• Lead execution of approved projects under the RAMP scheme.
• Provide periodic performance reporting of the programme to the client.
• Ensure timely communication and compliance with agreed financial and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with district-level agencies and key stakeholders, ensuring information flow and feedback.
• Convene State Level Committee meetings and raise issues for decision during implementation.
• Support client convergence with schemes identified under RAMP.
• Support business development activities focused on the MSME sector.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing development projects, preferably in the MSME domain.
• At least 3 years of programme implementation experience in a leadership role.
• Fluency in English for reading, speaking, and writing.
• Strong report writing and data analytics skills.
• Strong client management skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel in project locations.
• Post Graduate degree in economics/social sciences/public administration or MBA or master’s/post graduate diploma in business management.

Nice to have

• Experience of working in organizations with similar scope and job description.
• Preferred work experience at State Government level in managing and leading MSME programmes.
