Overview

Associate to lead and coordinate project programme delivery under the RAM P scheme for SPIU/Jurisdiction stakeholders, including periodic reporting and business development support focused on the MSME sector.

What you'll do

• Manage the SPIU team and ensure programme milestones are met.
• Lead execution of approved projects under the RAM P scheme.
• Prepare periodic reporting of overall programme performance to the client.
• Ensure timely communication and compliance with agreed financial and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate information flow with district-level agencies and key programme stakeholders.
• Convene State Level Committee meetings and raise issues for decision during implementation.
• Support convergence with various schemes identified under RAMP.
• Support business development activities with focus on the MSME sector.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English for reading, speaking, and writing.
• Strong report writing and data analytics skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing development projects, preferably in the MSME domain.
• At least 3 years of experience in programme implementation in a leadership role.
• Strong client management skills.
• General enterprising attitude to spot opportunities and guide technical execution.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel in project locations.

Nice to have

• Preferred work experience at State Government level managing and leading MSME programmes.
• Experience working in organizations with similar scope and job description.
