Overview

Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials to lead project deliverables, support team members, and contribute to business development through proposals, meetings, and internal work.

What you'll do

• Design and realize key deliverables on projects.
• Take the lead on projects and manage deliverables.
• Build relationships with middle and top management.
• Adapt and implement concepts to meet client needs and facilitate workshops.
• Coach and support new hires and juniors on an ad-hoc basis.
• Mentor junior consultants quarterly by following up on objectives and providing feedback.
• Contribute to business development, internal expertise, sector working groups, and proposals.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a consultant.
• University Master degree as a Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer.
• Outstanding collaborative team player with good communication skills.
• Strong interest in the energy sector.
• Analytical mind to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous, and committed working style.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and ability to build expertise quickly.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is required.
• Be prepared for temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France and The Netherlands).
