Corporate Business Development Role – Corporate Leasing

Overview

Corporate Business Development Manager focused on office leasing for corporate occupiers, covering opportunity generation, advisory, and end-to-end leasing transactions.

What you'll do

• Identify and generate new corporate leasing opportunities via networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Develop and manage relationships with CXOs, HR, Admin, Real Estate, and Procurement teams.
• Advise clients on workplace strategies and real estate leasing decisions.
• Provide end-to-end leasing advisory for office acquisition, renewal, consolidation, and relocation.
• Prepare market intelligence, availability reports, lease comparisons, and financial analysis.
• Manage the leasing cycle through lead generation to deal closure, including negotiations and documentation.
• Track market trends and maintain reports, forecasts, and client-specific recommendations.

What you'll need

• MBA (Marketing/Finance/Real Estate) or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of commercial real estate leasing and market dynamics.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage with senior corporate stakeholders and communicate effectively.
