Business Development Manager

Overview

Business Development Manager responsible for driving business growth by building strategic partner and customer relationships across assigned territories in the IT distribution ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned geographies, industries, and customer segments.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, partners, and strategic accounts.
• Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners, system integrators, VARs, MSPs, and reseller networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Work with technology vendors to execute business plans, programs, and channel enablement activities.
• Own revenue, margin, and growth targets; manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Track sales performance and maintain CRM records with timely business updates.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Management, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management.
• Knowledge of IT distribution business models and partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and develop strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
