Business Development Manager

Overview

Business Development Manager responsible for driving business growth in the IT distribution ecosystem by developing partner/customer relationships and expanding market presence across assigned territories and segments.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned geographies and segments.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, partners, and strategic accounts.
• Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners, system integrators, VARs, MSPs, and reseller networks.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers to generate opportunities.
• Work with technology vendors to execute growth plans and channel enablement activities.
• Own revenue, margin, and growth targets and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Track sales performance, pipeline status, and partner productivity via CRM and reporting.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partner management, enterprise sales, or account management.
• Knowledge of IT distribution business models and partner ecosystems.
• Experience acquiring new customers and developing strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationship management, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Solution-selling/consultative sales approach and strong communication/presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
