Territory Manager

Overview

Territory Manager responsible for driving and managing sales revenue performance across a territory/region in India.

What you'll do

• Own and manage revenue numbers for a sales territory, vertical, and/or region within India.
• Qualify opportunities to maximize leads.
• Plan and implement sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with solution sales, partners, and professional services teams.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and manage short- and medium-term pipeline.
• Recruit and manage sales and implementation partners and review their pipeline regularly.
• Update and maintain CRM database and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated sales success.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Ability to sell to business, technical, and IT stakeholders.
• Background knowledge in business applications (ERP, MES, Supply Chain and CRM); ERP preferred.
• Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for new prospects.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management in target markets.
• Regular travel to prospect and customer locations.
• Graduate in Science/Commerce or Engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• Must be based out of Mumbai or Pune.
