Sales Executive

Overview

Sales and account management role for enterprise (including Govt./PSU) accounts in the IT services, digital IT, and engineering/embedded solutions space.

What you'll do

• Manage existing enterprise accounts and hunt new logos in enterprise accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities across business units and geographies.
• Ensure smooth delivery alignment, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders including CXOs, delivery heads, procurement, and IT leadership.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, solution architects, and marketing to create proposals and presentations.
• Create and maintain strategic account plans with goals, stakeholder maps, and revenue forecasts.
• Lead regular QBRs and executive briefings and stay current on market trends impacting outsourcing/capability center strategies.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of experience in direct enterprise sales, account management, or client success roles.
• Experience in IT services, consulting, or SaaS companies.
• Prior experience with Govt./PSU accounts (added advantage).
• Proven ability to build trust with senior executives and influence decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, account farming techniques, and strategic account management.
• Ability to identify growth areas through data analysis and customer insight.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and familiarity with CRM platforms, MS Office, and virtual sales collaboration tools.
