Account Support Specialist

Overview

Account Support Specialist owns the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process for healthcare market research projects and manages day-to-day client relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for global accounts, ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with profitability targets.
• Translate client research needs into accurate, timely proposals and tailored solutions aligned to budget, timelines, and strategic goals.
• Support Business Development and Account Manager to achieve booking and margin targets for assigned accounts.
• Drive revenue growth by addressing client objections and securing project commitments.
• Produce sales handover documentation for the project management team with client-specific requirements and expectations.
• Monitor healthcare market research trends and competitor movements across Europe to anticipate needs.
• Use Salesforce to track bids, pipeline activity, and sales progress for cross-team visibility.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of account management experience within the healthcare research sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Salesforce proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows without compromising data integrity.
